Central Rentals Canada — Invest

Invest in Central Rentals

Three legal ways to own a piece of Central Rentals Canada.

Central Rentals Canada Inc. is a privately-held Canadian corporation not currently listed on any securities exchange. Because we take Canadian securities law seriously, there are three specific paths by which you can invest — each governed by rules that protect you as an investor.

Regulatory disclosure. Nothing on this page is an offer to sell securities. Any actual share issuance will be completed through a Subscription Agreement executed under the appropriate prospectus exemption or through a CSA-registered crowdfunding portal. Prospective investors should consult qualified legal, tax, and financial advisors.
Path A

Accredited-investor waitlist

Fastest path — 1 week. Under NI 45-106 § 1.1.

If you qualify as an accredited investor under Canadian securities law, join our private-placement waitlist. We'll contact you when the next round opens with a Subscription Agreement and Form 45-106F1 filing package.

Do you have net income before taxes of at least $200,000 (or $300,000 with a spouse) in each of the past 2 years, with a reasonable expectation of the same this year?

Alone or with a spouse, do you own financial assets (cash, securities, deposits) with an aggregate realizable value exceeding $1,000,000 (before taxes, net of related liabilities)?

Do you (alone or with a spouse) have a net worth exceeding $5,000,000?

Path B

Retail equity crowdfunding (2-4 weeks)

Open to all Canadians. Runs through a CSA-registered portal.

For investors who don't meet the accredited threshold, Canadian securities law allows equity crowdfunding through licensed portals. We're preparing an application to one of the portals below. Once approved (2-4 weeks), retail investors will invest directly through the portal — they handle KYC, escrow, share issuance, and CSA filings.

FrontFundr

Visit portal

Canada's largest equity-crowdfunding portal. Full-service. Best for $500K-$5M raises. Registered EMD.

Recommended first — largest Canadian retail investor base.

Vested.ca

Visit portal

Ontario-based crowdfunding portal, focused on tech and CleanTech. Registered EMD.

Good fit for SaaS / PropTech.

Equivesto

Visit portal

Full-service crowdfunding portal supporting equity + convertible notes. Registered EMD.

Good option if you want convertible-note flexibility.

Once our portal listing is live, this section will link directly to the offering page.

Path C

Future public listing (12-18 months)

TSX Venture Exchange or Canadian Securities Exchange.

Our long-range plan is a listing on either the TSX Venture Exchange or the Canadian Securities Exchange. When (and only when) we're listed, this page will show real-time share price from the exchange's public feed. Until then, we don't quote a share price — because quoting one before listing would be misleading and illegal.
