Central Rentals and Property Management Group offers a generous referral fee to individuals who refer new clients for our comprehensive property management services, including affordable rentals in Edmonton and surrounding areas. Our tiered payment structure is designed to increase your earnings as you refer more properties: 

- For 1 to 3 new managed units, you earn $200 per unit.

- For 4 to 10 new units, your reward increases to $150 per unit.

- For more than 10 units, you receive $100 per unit. 

To participate, simply complete the referral form linked below. After a signed property management agreement is in place and tenants have been successfully secured for the property, a dedicated member of our Central Rentals and Property Management team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your reward and provide further details. 

Note: If you are a licensed real estate agent, please visit our Realtor Referral Program section. You will need to complete the specialized Realtor Referral form and submit proof of your broker’s license number to ensure proper processing.
